- Customers are responsible for maintaining their own user accounts and complying with the respective terms of service of those third-party AI platforms.
- We do not control and are not liable for third-party AI platform server outages, policy modifications, pricing changes, or API updates implemented by third-party model providers.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
The layout, underlying software logic, proprietary prompt structural syntax, website design, graphics, and instructional materials created by us are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Except for the explicit rights granted under the Unrestricted PLR License herein, all proprietary rights remain with KidComic GPT Builder™.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KidComic GPT Builder™, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your resale of derivative content, or your publishing activities on third-party platforms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
